KRIMA! ...what a shame

Maxine Heppner - Across Oceans presents

KRIMA

THINGS happen to good people in unexpected places, suddenly. Just when you least expect it: a drink spills, a window breaks, a siren screams, the world becomes loud…or silent.

100 performers of all ages and from all walks of life will draw you into the heart of the unexpected in this performance that risks being optimistic about individuals coping with mass crisis. A diverse ensemble of fabulous performers from Toronto and across Simcoe County join Maxine Heppner, known for her subtle chamber works and her powerful large-scale projects, to create this work.

Featuring: 100 performers of all ages and from all walks of life with Takako Segawa, Miko Sobreira, Pia Bouman, Maurice Bourne, Junia Mason, Sashar Zarif, Suzanne Liska, Mateo Galindo Torres and more.

Presented in cooperation with: Simcoe Contemporary Dancers and The David Busby Street Centre

Sunday, November 23, 2014 @ 2pm, 5pm and 7pm

Tickets: $15-25 pwyc (cash only)
